Kraut Juice is the It’s the leftover elixir from our small-batch, naturally fermented krauts – a vivid, salty-tangy brine full of live cultures and flavour.

Take a quick shot straight from the fridge to give your gut some love, drizzle it over roasted veg or salads, shake it into cocktails, or save it for the ultimate “morning after” reset. Zero waste, maximum punch.  It could be from our classic Kraut, Purple or Yellow Kraut, we prefer not to mix it.  We will send whats available, we dont have lots of it, but your gut will thank you for getting some..

Ingredients: Brine from naturally fermented vegetables (may contain cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic, turmeric, pears, onions, mouli, pineapple, apple), sea salt.
Exact veg mix varies from batch to batch depending on which krauts we’ve pressed.

Nutritionally
– Very low in calories and fat
– Naturally salty (because it’s the fermentation brine)
– Contains the same live lactic acid bacteria you’ll find in our krauts
