Not all kimchis are created equal… We believe our kimchi to be the most authentic UK made kimchi. A few examples amongst many: we use the most ingredients of anyone, we use a rice congee (porridge) made with a 12 hour simmered kombu & spring onion root broth. We add our own salt fermented shrimp, and hand peeled pear for sweetness.
This all adds up to make an exemplary Korean classic; flavour packed, with a crunchy texture, spicy & sour with an addictive umami hit. Our kimchi is made using a traditional Korean recipe, method and ingredients. Kimchi is a healthy probiotic food, packed full of lactic acid bacteria, which promotes a healthy gut. A healthy gut bolsters physical and mental health. Its super convenient and ready to eat.
Ingredients: Napa cabbage, mouli, pear, spring onion, ginger, garlic, Korean chilli flakes (gochugaru), sea salt, glutinous rice flour, kombu (seaweed), PRAWN, anchovy sauce FISH, SESAME seeds.

Our favourite ways to enjoy it: Use it as an ingredient in kimchi fried rice or kimchi stew, with the classic ‘steam pork belly wrap’. Use it as a no effort side dish with Asian food, it easily elevates instant ramen noodles up to hero dish status!
