This complex and spicy ferment is AKA the ‘Burmese Kimchi” from the Shan State of Myanmar, influenced by Thailand, Laos & China that it borders. Its a real flavour and textural experience. Made to her family recipe by business owner Pan, you’re tasting a very unique and authentic dish.
Ingredients: choy sum, carrot, mouli, wood ear mushroom (black fungus), coriander seed, fennel seed, Sichuan pepper, crushed chilli, paprika, glutinous rice flour, rice wine (CEREAL), star anise, water, sea salt, palm sugar.
